Visit to Houses of Parliament

Leaving Clevedon at 7.0am in the morning was a bit tough for most of us, but as our coach made it's way along the M4 in the coach and we saw the sun rise - our spirits rose with it!

Delayed by traffic in London we arrived 20 mins. late, but we were fast tracked through security and very shortly being given a guided tour around all the areas available to the public.

After a light lunch, we had a Q & A session with Dr Liam Fox our MP for North Somerset which proved to be lively and entertaining - Chairman John Maynard gave a vote of thanks, supported by our club members.

All in all, a very good day out.
